This website is maintained by the Graduate Diversity Staff Council (GDiSC).  

Mission

The Graduate Diversity Staff Council was created in January 2012 as an independent university committee which will:

1. provide an official infrastructure to enable an enhanced collaborative, informational and advisory role between the School diversity officers and staff and other university units  on topics that broadly impact graduate diversity recruitment and retention (including pipeline concerns) across the university,
2. acknowledge the university-level leadership on issues related to graduate diversity provided by the School diversity officers and staff, and
3. enhance the dissemination of graduate diversity related information originating from across the university.
